I am Penny Dee, the Disobedient Blonde, though perhaps not in the way you would think. I am disobedient about the quiet rules women are handed, the ones that ask us to be nice, keep our heads down and make ourselves smaller. I question those, calmly and out loud.
I am not interested in slogans or surface level motivation. My work is quieter than that. I help women see clearly, name what is really going on, and take responsibility for the choices that shape their lives. Strong, yes, but warm first, and genuinely on your side.
KWEENS came from thousands of confidential conversations with women in my clinic. The same patterns kept surfacing, the quiet ones around confidence, relationships, mothers, menopause, perfectionism and pressure, that shape whether a woman is happy. I decoded them in the book. Not to rescue anyone, but as an invitation: to see the patterns clearly, question the rules, and choose differently.
I have built businesses and coached others to grow. I have stood on stages and brought the room to life, hosted my own radio show, and become a voice the media come to on business and the economy. LBC came to my office to talk the budget, a subject I care a great deal about, and I have contributed to the BBC on the pressures facing business. Today I run DPC Clinic in Cheadle, where I am one of the most highly qualified skin professionals in the country, and I founded SkinGoal. That is the exact, evidence led side of me.
The other side is AI. I use it every day, and I translate it for clever, busy women who have been made to feel it is not for them. It is. My work is one to one and direct. I find what is blocking you and get it moving. Everything I do, SkinGoal, LADI, POP, the clinic and the podcasts, comes from the same instinct: to notice what is really going on, and say it plainly.
